Job DescriptionsRoles & Responsibilities: -
• Implement KPI (Key Performance Indicators) on business and systems performances
• Participate in technical IT solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement, and conversions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other teams to Identify system issue, clarify information, research issue and provide solutions or alternatives
• Day-to-day support as Support Level 3 and assist key users of Applications
• Lead intervention, documenting recap, specific topic test and full loop tests
• Organizing meetings to present new feature and root cause analysis to user
• Monitor the operations of Application
• On-call duty at least two week per month mandatory
Qualifications: -
• Bachelor's degree in information system, IT, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields.
• 0-5 years of experience (Welcome new grade)
• Technical skills: Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Command prompt, API, cloud computing
• Be able to use SQL Query and understand data model
• Ability to solve technical and operational problems
