Job Descriptions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
• สุ่มตัวอย่างและตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ ผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปตามแผนการสุ่มตัวอย่าง
• เตรียมวัตถุดิบ และผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปส่งภายนอกเพื่อการทดสอบ
• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพทางกายภาพของวัตถุดิบ ในส่วนของลักษณะรูป กลิ่น สี
• ตรวจสอบและปล่อยวัตถุดิบที่เข้ามาให้เป็นไปตามแผนการทดสอบและข้อกำหนด
• รายงานการตรวจสอบทางกายภาพที่ผิดปกติของวัตถุดิบและสินค้าให้หัวหน้างานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ
• ตรวจสอบพื้นที่การผลิต คลังสินค้า ให้เป็นไปตามหลัก GHP
• งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- Bachelor ‘s degree in food science or related field
- At least one year experience in Quality control
- Production in food industry is preferable
