Job Descriptions

1.Development and optimize of working processes and operating SOP’s, to team 2.Coach, follow up and develop team members to improve and increase their excellent performance. 3.Gather and analyze customer needs and customer pain points, customer satisfaction, and consumer behavior to develop customer journey and strategies 4.Coordinate with both internal and external parties for service improvement and business development in alignment with business tactics and strategies 5.Defining the annual targets & KPI's. Identifying measures to achieve the targets & drawing up an action plan. 6.Provide the result of key performance indicators (KPIs), regular reports, and customer insights to management team 7.Conduct comprehensive study of new potential opportunities in service business for business expansion
