Job Descriptions
1. สนับสนุนประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้: วิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นผู้ใช้ ร่วมมือกับทีมเพื่อปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ และทำการทดสอบเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งาน
2. สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ: ช่วยตรวจสอบให้ผลิตภัณฑ์สอดคล้องตามกฎหมาย ติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลง และอัปเดตข้อมูลให้ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. สนับสนุนร้านค้าและการรวมระบบ: ช่วยร้านค้าในการรวมระบบ API แก้ไขปัญหา และร่วมมือกับทีมเทคนิคในการแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน
4. ความร่วมมือระหว่างทีม: ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์และการสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 1-year working experience in product management and an interest in payment product design are preferred
- Language Skills: Good command of CN, and TH
- Familiar with the basic knowledge of Thai payment products, and an understanding of fundamental aspects
- Has some ability in demand mining and analysis, with a preference for those with product and process innovation abilities
- Good cross-team communication and coordination skills, proactive, responsible, with a spirit of ownership
- Basic understanding of user experience principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
