Job Descriptions
1. Manage calendars and schedule appointments for supervisor and other staff members.
2. Handle phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
3. Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
4. Coordinate travel and meetings for supervisor and other staff members.
5. Maintain office supplies and equipment.
6. Provide general administrative support to staff, such as filing, copying, and printing.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male / Female age 28 years up
- Bachelor degree in Accounting , Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
