Job Descriptions

-Analyze and review capacity utilization of each manufacturing locations and find ways to optimize profitability -Monitor supply/production plan to execute on time delivery and minimize or mitigate delays from uncontrollable factors -Validate operational data, provide analytics or business intelligence reports to mitigate operational issue, find resolutions, and drive wholistic risk assessment for the group -Guide and close operational gaps for each factory locations and lead communications with key customers -Establish matrices to keep the supply chain value stream in a ‘healthy’ position -Coach and guide the team for better operational understanding and growth/kaizen mindset

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics (Clothes/Garments/Textiles), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in planning or supply chain management-related roles, preferably within the garment industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Good command of English and Thai, both verbal and written.
Proficient MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience or familiarity with planning related tools such as APS, or ability to write query, script, or BI is a strong plus
