General Summary: Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing & sales activities in market with respect to VRF Business. Develop new VRF business by sourcing of products, create sales channel & lead a sales team. Explore new opportunity in VRF business with the objectives towards achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with the Company’s vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of subordinates through training.
