Job Descriptions

- Inspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment conform to specifications and safety standards - Coach and supervise technicians to complete their tasks. Provide plan, advice and support when needed. - Monitor the condition of maintenance equipment, materials, parts, and tools that are used by maintenance workers in their day-to-day activities. - Ensure all specific equipment and machine are ready in place and are efficient to support all working process to ensure the Company business achievement - Monitor expenses of machine and its installation activities to achieve maximum efficiency of the Company purpose - Control machine installation as well as to coordinate with relevant department to enlist cooperation - Regularly monitor actual performance against targets and implement corrective action where necessary - Maximize efficiencies and cost savings through the spare part purchasing, management and control system - Work closely and provide technical support to QA, production and other relevant departments to ensure full compliant to food safety regulation, product quality specifications, employee safety at all governing rules and regulations - Check that all plant operation process and system are in compliance with the governmental law and requirement - Provide report/presentation related to engineering issues and key highlight to submit to superior to support their decision making - Supervise an effective development system in compliance with the Company strategy for staff within the area of accountability - Ensure subordinates work with occupational health and safety, monitor that working environment is in compliance with the Company safety and environment policy and strategy - Contribute to any special assignment as requested by superior - In case, Employee not on job duty, Deputy Manager can make a decision in chart for employee

Qualifications

ฺBachelor degree
Bachelor of mechanical, electrical or related field
Engineering experiences
Competencies, Personal Attributes, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
