Job Descriptions
1.รับผิดชอบการทำอาหารและปรุงรสชาติอาหาร ทั้งครัวร้อนและครัวเย็น 2.สามารถทำอาหารออกมาได้อร่อย สามารถทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น และผลงานออกมามีคุณภาพเทียบเท่ากันตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด 3.ดูแลพื้นทีทำงานให้สะอาดและให้ถูกต้องตามหลักสุขอนามัย 4.รับผิดชอบในการกำหนดปริมาณการเบิกสินค้าจากแผนกสโตร์รวมถึงการสั่งอาหารสดประจำวันร่วมตรวจรับอาหารสด อาหารแห้ง และเช็คคุณภาพร่วมกับแผนกรับสินค้า 5.อาหารแห้ง,น้ำซอสๆ วันหมดอายุของสินค้าและได้มีการจัดเรียงตามชั้นตามกฏ FIFO (First In First Out) 6.ให้ทำซอส, ซุป เป็นสูตรหรือแพ็คที่เพื่อได้รสชาติเหมือนกันทุกที่ 7.หน้าที่อื่นๆตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ช-ญ อายุ 21 ปีข้นไป
  2. ม.6 ขึ้นไป / ปวช. ปวส. ปริญญาตรี ด้านอาหาร หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการ / ร้านอาหาร
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น และ อาหารยุโรป อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. สะอาด ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว
  6. สามารถใช้อ่านออเดอร์ภาษาอังกฤษได้
  7. เตรียมวัตถุดิบได้ในแต่ละวัน
  8. สามารถเข้างานเป็นกะได้
  9. สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ได้
