Job DescriptionsWe are looking for an HR & GA Supervisor who will takes the lead in the office on all office related administrative matters (HR and General Affairs), and is broadly responsible for helping engender a cohesive, communicative, collaborative and friendly office environment for all employees.
What will you do:
• Manage the overall HR & GA functions in Thailand.
• Perform recruitment processes including interviews, pre-boarding and on-boarding
• HR Administration including database, employee expenses, employee attendance, leave, foreign employee documents, benefits claims, health insurance and general administration.
• Assist in executing periodic payroll, liaison with third party service provider
• Manage all matters relating to General Affairs (Office Administration) including office services, procurement and purchasing for office supplies and stationery
• Handle petty cash
• Reception desk in Bangkok (new Sukhumvit premises)
• Ad hoc tasks as appointed by supervisor.
• Reporting to Head of Business Partners Division Asia
Work Hours & Location: We work Monday - Friday from 8.30 am - 5.30 pm and are accessible via BTS Nana or MRT Sukhumvit
