Job Descriptions-Collaborate closely with the marketing, vehicle OTD, after-sales service, and spare parts management teams to understand business processes and create requirement documents for the software development team.
-Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing systems, data, and workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization.
-Ensure alignment between business requirements and system functionalities and make recommendations for customization when necessary.
-Understanding business needs by collaborating with key team members to find effective solutions.
-Working closely with vendors to improve and develop DMS systems for seamless integration.
-Prepare project documents, input relevant data, track issues and changes, and generate status reports to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting.
