Job Descriptions

-Collaborate closely with the marketing, vehicle OTD, after-sales service, and spare parts management teams to understand business processes and create requirement documents for the software development team. -Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing systems, data, and workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization. -Ensure alignment between business requirements and system functionalities and make recommendations for customization when necessary. -Understanding business needs by collaborating with key team members to find effective solutions. -Working closely with vendors to improve and develop DMS systems for seamless integration. -Prepare project documents, input relevant data, track issues and changes, and generate status reports to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting. -Complete other tasks assigned by the project manager.

Qualifications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
More than 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / System Analyst.
Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with dealer management systems, preferably those tailored for automotive or manufacturing industries.
Experience in IT system development for industries such as automotive, manufacturing, etc., and knowledge of the characteristics and market requirements of the Thai automotive marketing sector will be preferred.
