Job Descriptions- Job Purpose: Plan and strategize the operations of the Sales team in selling advertising for the Sports business in the form of sponsorship (OOH media, TV, online, on-ground). This includes sales management, customer relationship management, as well as reaching out to and presenting services to both internal and external clients. Oversee and manage the Sales team, providing guidance to subordinates to ensure efficient and effective performance, with the goal of increasing sales in line with the company’s objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and operational plans for the Sales team to align with the company’s objectives to increase overall sales.
- Manage sales activities and customer relationship management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients to present the company’s products and services.
- Attend scheduled client meetings to present the company’s packages and gather client requirements.
- Plan, assign tasks, and provide guidance to subordinates to ensure effective performance that meets client needs with outstanding quality and relevance.
- Review the quality of work and provide feedback to subordinates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Manage, supervise, and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
- Prepare reports and present the Sales team’s performance to the management team.
