Job Descriptions

• Accountable for Maintain the daily production planning, Organizing the manpower suitable for process and controlling all material part (Chemical, Plastic Part. etc.) of Button process and PP Mold process. • Coordinate and utilization of Button and Molding facilities, equipment, machines, materials and manpower meet the performance objectives with high productivity and efficiency. • Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOP) are adhered to actual operation and review/revise for improvement. • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. • Supervise and manage the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. • Determine and implement improvements to the production process. • Ensure that all production activities comply with safety and environmental regulations. • Develop and manage the production budget, monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Muang, Lamphun Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

Qualifications

Age 35-45 years
Any gender
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field
Have 10 years working experience about Production control from any manufacturing industry
Have 2 years management experience as Production Assistant Manager or higher
Must have working experience about PMMA = Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA or ACRYLIC)
Conversational middle - high level of English *Interview in English as main
Experience in medical devices and ISO13485 is an advantage.
Have high TOEIC score (more than 650) is preferable.
Have working experience about Production control from chemical manufacturing industry is preferable.
