• Workforce and transfer management, handling disciplinary actions, planning and implementing employee benefits • Establishing and revising internal regulations, issuing internal announcements • Negotiating with labor unions and handling labor-related matters • Securing and managing temporary staff, monitoring attendance rates • Planning and conducting training programs, acting as a training instructor • Planning and managing corporate social responsibility initiatives • Other assigned tasks Languages skills • English : None • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Laem Chabang Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat (depends on Company Calendar))

Qualifications

Age 40-45 years
Any gender
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Not Job hopper
At least 10 years of working experience as HR in any manufacturing company
At least 3 years of working experience as HR manager
Be familiar with labor-related laws
Experience dealing with labor unions
Conversational low - middle level of English is preferable.
