Job Descriptions- Manage OS Operation Support Team
- Advance troubleshooting for related portion both Tradition and New Technology of Server HW and related portion for Customer environment
- Gathering user requirements and coordinate with operation team, implementation team and related parties to deliver service to customer.
- Assist in planning, design, research, acquisition of new or upgrade hardware and software configuration.
- Acting as technical resources in assisting IT Specialist or customer to resolve problem of equipment and data. Recommends modifications as necessary of hardware and software to customers.
- Maintain current knowledge of hardware, software, network technology and network security from not only Fujitsu products but also 3rd party hardware and software products.
- Co-ordinate with Pre-sale technical team to provide solution or service for new project opportunity.
- Work follows Incident Management and Change Management Process with customer procedure.
- Others tasks as assigned by Project Manager
- Work Days: Ability to work flexible, 5x8, rotating shifts.
