Job Descriptions1. Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues related to freight forwarding services.
2. Handle order processing and coordination, ensuring smooth and timely freight movements for Chinese clients.
3. Manage and organize shipment documentation, including customs clearance documents for imports and exports involving Chinese customers.
4. Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Provide language support in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects as needed to facilitate communication with customers and partners.
6. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and efficient cargo handling and delivery.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with Chinese customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications - Male/Female, not over 40 years old
- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or higher in a related field
- Over 1 year of experience in import/export operations within a freight company
- Good command of Chinese both written and spoken (Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaking))
- Good foundation in English, with the ability to understand and communicate effectively
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills, empathy and self control
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good human relationship
