Job Descriptions
- กำหนดกลยุทธ์ และกระบวนการจัดหาพนักงาน Outsource รองรับหน่วยต่างๆ - วิเคราะห์ Business Model เพื่อกำหนดเงื่อนไขการดำเนินงาน และจัดทำสัญญาการจ้างต่างๆ - ประเมินความต้องการของผู้ว่าจ้าง และร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจัดทำแผนการจัดหาพนักงาน - บริหารจัดการ ประสานงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาเรื่องต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับพนักงาน Outsource - สื่อสาร ประสานงาน และเจรจาต่อรอง กับผู้ว่าจ้างเพื่อให้บริการที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการ - จัดทำแผนงาน และแผนงบประมาณ ค่าใช้จ่ายกลุ่มพนักงาน Outsource - รายงานสรุปภาพรวมของธุรกิจการดำเนินงานพนักงานกลุ่ม Outsource - ประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ - รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานให้ผู้บริหารรับทราบ - ปฏิบัติงานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและนโยบายองค์กร - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย - หญิง
  2. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาบริการธุรกิจ, การจัดการ, วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาวิชาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ 2 - 3 ปี
  5. ใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point ในระดับดี
  6. สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
  7. มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
