เรากำลังมองหา Customer Success ที่ไม่ใช่แค่ "Support" แต่ช่วยให้ลูกค้าเรียนแล้วสำเร็จ! - ดูแลและผลักดันให้ลูกค้าเรียนแล้วเห็นผลจริง! - ดูแลลูกค้า สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเก่าให้กลับมาซื้อซ้ำ - วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมลูกค้า & พัฒนา Customer Experience วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจาก CRM เพื่อติดตามแนวโน้มการเรียนของลูกค้า - เป็นพาร์ทเนอร์ของลูกค้า ไม่ใช่แค่ Support! ทำงานแบบ “Consultant” ให้ลูกค้าได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุดจากการเรียน - ค่าตอบแทนดี + Performance Bonus – ยิ่งลูกค้าเรียนแล้วสำเร็จมาก ยิ่งได้มาก! – ไม่ใช่แค่ตอบแชท แต่เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้ลูกค้า – ทำงานเป็นทีมแบบ Smart & Fun ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ พร้อมเรียนรู้และชอบพัฒนาตนเอง
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. มีทักษะการสื่อสารดีเยี่ยม รู้จัก “ฟัง” และ “ให้คำแนะนำ”
  3. มี Passion กับการช่วยเหลือผู้คน ขับเคลื่อนให้ประสบความสำเร็จอย่างแท้จริง
  4. เข้าใจ Customer Journey และพฤติกรรมของคนเรียนออนไลน์
  5. มีทัศนคติแบบ Growth Mindset พร้อมเรียนรู้และพัฒนาไปกับทีม
  6. ใช้ Data & Tools ได้ เช่น CRM, Excel, Google Sheets (หากมีพื้นฐาน คุณคือคนที่เราต้องการ)
  7. มีความยืดหยุ่น ปรับตัวไว ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดีเยี่ยม
  8. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Success / Sales / Customer Service / EdTech จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
