Job Descriptions
- Coordinate manage and maintain the procurement of capital and expense goods and services.
Solicit competitive proposals from qualified suppliers
- Determine lowest total cost solution.
- Develop maintain and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate purchase process, negotiation and release of purchase order.
- Provide support to the supplier audit process.
- The point of contact for procurement process between rig and vendor(s).
- Communication between rig and vendors for clarification of correct goods.
- Communicate updates to assist overall operations / project coordination, cost control and scheduling.
- Negotiate purchasing agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience on procurement engineering at least 3 years.
- Has accomplished communication and coordination skills.
- Has excellent computer skills (e.g. MS Office), especially Excel (Pivot, Vlookup).
