Job Descriptions
Job Description: 1. Project Management: - Oversee and manage HVAC and refrigeration projects from inception to completion (Survey site, Design, Construction Drafting, Estimate project cost, calculation of constructional drawings) - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 2. Team Leadership: - Manage and develop a team with a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 3. Client Liaison: - Address issues and ensure customer satisfaction with our services. 4. Technical Support: - Provide technical guidance and support to the team - Resolving complex issues and developing solutions to meet client needs. 5. Service Operations: - Ensure timely and efficient service operations. - Continuously improving service processes to enhance efficiency. 6. Project Records: - Maintain accurate project records - Prepare regular reports on project status, service activities, and team performance.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Ventilation, Refrigeration)
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in project management and service delivery within the HVAC and refrigeration industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, related Standards and Technologies.
  4. High level of responsibility, enthusiasm for work, and ability to work well in a team.
  5. Ability to work proactively, plan effectively, think analytically, and remain persistent in achieving goals.
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  7. Familiar with cleanroom and ESD protocols.
  8. Knowledge of Auto CAD 2D, 3D or Solid work program and application.
  9. Good command of English.
  10. Ability to drive and travel with valid driving license.
  11. License for Professional Practice is preferable.
