Job Descriptions

Responsible for managing and optimizing HR processes to support the organization’s workforce, ensure compliance with labor laws, and enhance employee satisfaction. This role involves working closely with a logistics manager, providing HR services, and ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures within the logistics environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, with a preference for experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with a diverse workforce.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Working Date Monday-Friday 8.00-17.00 (Half-Day Saturday and Work 2 Saturdays per month)
