Job Descriptions
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator with a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and achieving our revenue goals. Responsibilities •Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research. •Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for growth. •Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. •Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives. •Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our products or services. •Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
  1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  2. 2-3 years’ experience in marketing and Sales in an electric or manufacturing industry.
  3. Bilingual in English and Thai, ability in conversational Mandarin is an added advantage.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with influencing/negotiation capabilities.
  5. Have knowledge about marketing communication & even project management skill.
  6. Must be able to travel.
  7. Experience in drives & motors (Automation) is an added advantage.
  8. Proactive and performance driven, with good work ethics and integrity.
