Job DescriptionsJob Responsibilities:
• Familiarization with the Company's markets and industries of interest
• Establish and maintain solid customer relationships with new and existing counterparties, including regular visits and daily communications.
• Exploring the new market and customers in Asia, Middle East, North America, South America and EU markets.
• Track market activity and actively communicate internally to ensure adequate understanding of product fundamentals.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers’ contacts and make contact with potential clients to develop new business prospects
• Understand the natural rubber market and its dynamics, familiar with the natural rubber resources, and importer/end-user channels in target countries, develop new markets and trading channels globally.
• Participate in the formulation and negotiation of procurement and sales contracts, calculate procurement costs, and ensure the reasonable implementation of natural rubber.
• Coordinate communication between teams (Factories, Operations, Shipping, and Purchasing) and be responsible for resolving problems or disputes about the source of the supplier in the supply chain.
• Control Marketing team to make efficiency responsibility.
