-Support personnel development initiatives within the organization. -Design HR activities that strengthen the company culture. -Act as the company’s representative (MC) in events related to employee development. -Serve as a liaison by communicating executive policies to employees through various channels. -Promote and enhance the company’s image to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resource Development, Employee Engagement, HR Communication or similar roles.
Creative and innovative approach to developing communication and collaboration methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in public speaking and the ability to present effectively to both small and large audiences.
Proficiency in communication tools, internal communication, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TIKTOK)
