2. Repair & Maintenance of hardware
3. Global AD operator (Add, Delete, Disable, Enable, GPO on ASH OU)
4. O365 account support
5. Daily monitor such as Network, AS/400, Anti-Virus, Sever, File Share, Etc.
6. Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, user id review, access log review
7. Mac address registration(IP Scan : Access ASH's Lan)
8. Fix asset & Standard software control
9. Accessory control
10. Manual installation & configuration of standard & non-standard software, manual of process to solved problem
11. Monthly & Special report
12. Client patch management and client inventory
13. Security ( Create computer label for new computer and transfer )
14. Health check of all ASH's TV conference
15. Set permission on File Server with review permission every month
16. File share stroage monitoring
17. O365 first level support
