Job Descriptions
岗位职责: 1. 建立公司人员招聘体系,根据公司人力资源需求,拟定招聘计划; 2. 负责公司绩效考核体系的建设和完善工作,规范绩效管理各项流程,结合日常绩效考核结果,做好员工年度绩效考核; 3. 负责薪资的核算和发放,以及与此相关的考勤报表、社保及公积金操作、个税申报等统筹管理工作,并不断优化公司的薪酬福利体系和相关制度建设; 4. 统筹管理所有员工关系类的工作,包括但不限于劳动合同的签订、人事调转、流程审批、、福利活动策划、日常员工答疑等; 5. 负责人力资源信息化系统、协同办公系统相关的功能维护以及完善,不断提升办公信息化程度; 6 协助进行企业文化建设工作,策划组织公司年会、员工活动等; 7. 协同部门其他同事,一同承接公司所有的人力资源相关工作以及领导安排的其他工作。 Work Time: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30
Qualifications
  1. 大学本科及以上学历;
  2. 3年及以上本地HR管理工作经验,熟悉泰国本地劳动法、文化及员工管理方式;
  3. 优先考虑从业务类转岗的HRBP。积极主动,沟通能力强。善于理解公司业务;
  4. 泰国籍要求 HSK 6 级水平,中文听说读写流利;
  5. 学习能力强。注重不断自我学习和升级。注重组织效率,有服务意识,热爱激发组织能量;
  6. 性格积极,乐观,正能量;
  7. 带领过团队,并善于分工协作。
