Job Description / Responsibilities Possess strong knowledge of coding and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), with proficiency in C++, Python, Scratch, and Robotics. Develop and implement training schedules based on a thorough assessment of training needs. Collaborate with the sales team and management to align training programs with company objectives. Design and conceptualize training materials leveraging data and research to enhance educational outcomes. Effectively communicate training requirements and manage the distribution of relevant resources. Create comprehensive training strategies, initiatives, and supporting materials. Liaise with external vendors and content providers to integrate innovative technologies and resources into the learning process. Review and evaluate training materials for quality, effectiveness, and accuracy. Maintain an organized database of all training documentation and materials. Provide hands-on instruction to teachers at various schools (both in Bangkok and upcountry). Conduct training sessions using newly developed materials and curricula. Visit schools regularly to support and address teachers' needs, ensuring effective implementation of training programs. Review and assess school performance and learning outcomes to recommend improvements. Lead the development and enhancement of training courses, including updates to existing curricula and the creation of new materials. Coordinate with international teams regarding course enrollments, schedules, and equipment logistics. Serve as a product consultant, providing expert guidance and conducting demonstrations for clients and stakeholders. English language proficiency is a plus, particularly in communicating with international teams and clients.

Qualifications

Ages 25-30 Years old.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferably focused on STEM or educational technology).
2+ years of experience in training, product development, or customer support, especially in education or technology.
Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
Familiarity with educational technologies, including STEM tools, robotics, or interactive panels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and other relevant tools.
Basic understanding of product development and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Organizational and time-management abilities.
Teamwork and independent work capability.
Creative problem-solving, with a focus on customer support.
Passion for education and technology.
Proficiency in Thai is required.
English proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel for on-site training and product demos.
Understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
