Job Descriptions1. Ability of preparing project documents (PEP, various Plans and Procedures, Technical/Commercial Proposal documents for bidding)
2. Ability to perform tasks such as estimating bid costs during project bidding, budgeting during project execution, and managing the budget
3. Ability to coordinate with various Engineering disciplines, the procurement team, and the construction team during project bidding and execution
4. Ability to coordinate with the project owner, various vendors, and subcontractors
5. Ability to measure and manage project progress and prepare reports (weekly/monthly)
6. Ability to operate Project Software (as like Primavera P6, Navisworks, AutoCad, MS Office, etc. : Primavera, Navisworks are not mandatory requirement but MS Office as like Excel, MS Word, Power Point are mandatory requirement.)
7. Ability to perform other project-related tasks, such as handling permits, insurance, etc.
