Job Descriptions
• Coordinate all deliveries as per customer requirements. • Route planning and load planning of trucks to ensure efficient deliveries on a day-to-day basis. • Respond to and manage late changes in delivery plans at the commencement of the shift. • Ensure the team carries out duties in accordance with current production instructions and procedures (SOPs) • Provide weekly updates to customers on delivery dates. • Plan production without exceeding manufacturing or delivery capacity • Ensure inventory is being managed correctly between Kingspan and Sub-contractors. • Communicate effectively with customers and sub-contractors via their preferred method of communication. • Provide information to help determine the next month’s SOP’s. • Coordinating the Delivery Capacity Chart to ensure volumes and percentages meet expectations. • Coordinating CPO Chart to ensure correct volumes are placed into production. • Act as an escalation point for complex or difficult planning issues. • Accurate reporting of data to contribute to the Weekly Logistics report, Daily DOM reports, Never Shipped and Shipped/Unshipped. • Support and comply with quality and WHS requirements to ensure a safe workplace and a quality product/service. • Writing reports, reviews and summaries. • Commitment to achieving Kingspan Planet Passionate objectives. • Commitment to Kingspan Values of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation, Teamwork, and Courage. • Any other reasonable tasks associated with the role.
Qualifications
  1. 3 years+ experience gained in Logistics Industry.
  2. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Dynamics and related specialist housing software.
  3. Ability to manage complex business relationships and manage a diverse team.
  4. Shows initiative, independent thinking, well-developed problem-solving and consultation skills along with the ability to develop a positive, accountable, and customer serviced focused culture.
  5. Good relationship building skills.
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Highly organized, efficient and able to self-prioritise workload.
  8. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365.
