Job Descriptions

IT Application Support (Pharmacy) will provide Pharmacy & Medicine support as business flow for existing software, maintain applications, revise process and support the applications for all users in BDMS hospitals. Role & Responsibilities - Maintain the core hospital software application of Pharmacy Module to ensure the service quality. - Analyze and improve process to complete the operational issues of HIS (Hospital Information Systems) - Monitor and provide the routine troubleshooting as the daily basis. - Participate and implement project as the core team for hospitals. - Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends such as : provide medical data, dispensing medication, accurate reports of billing data, receipts or payment issues. - Manage team and able to work in various environment with high pressure. - Hospital Information Systems Projects : TrakCare (Pharmacy Module) Work Location: Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital. (Travel to upcountry occasionally)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy. (Must have the certificate in Pharmacy approved by Thai Pharmacy Council )
At least 3 years’ experience in Super user or working of IT Health Care(Hospital Application).
Have a good experience working through the software implement, Medication Management System, Pharmacy management in Hospital.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Strong Problem solving, Analytical skill, Service Mind, Technical and Consultative skills.
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
Work Location: Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital. (Travel to upcountry occasionally)
Working Days : Mon - Fir. at 08.00-17.00
