Job Descriptions
1. Being responsible for customs and BOI privilege compliance in terms of filing and also in terms of BOI stock management. 2. Coordinate with BOI and IC (Investor Club) to support import shipment to factory and export until shipment to airport. 3. Submission of Max stock BOI and Cut stock BOI for Import. 4. Submission of Formula BOI and IC. 5. Raw material release by IC online system (Normal and Duty drawback) 6. Prepare the BOI machinery list with supporting documents and submit the eMT Online System. 7.Prepare the information and document for BOI start operation. 8. Prepare and submit the Financial status and operational results (T.S.310) to BOI. 9. Preparing monthly reports regarding import and export for Customs, BOI and the Tax Department. 10. Responsibilities to over all the BOI Privilege. 11. Handle for Taxation clearance and others refund duties with Customs Department 12. To submit all reports to Customs and the Tax Department (if any concern) 13. Review import report for custom import duty refund. (FTA, PAY TAX and BOI) 14. Ensuring all import and export records are kept appropriately. 15. Prepare BOI Raw Material and submit eMT-2011 System. 16. Extend importation period for machinery, Raw material. 17. Open purchase order for import finish goods to supplier. 18. Process import and export’s shipment with freight forwarder and customs broker. 19. Issue pro-forma invoice, invoice, packing list and shipping document to customer. 20. Prepare PO Invoice Packing-list for Import- Export. 21. Review shipping document, commercial invoice, packing list and B/L or AWB for import and export. 22. To assume other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management or Business or a related field.
  2. Male or Female, Age 25-30 years old
  3. At least 3 years, in BOI or Import & Export
  4. Overall understanding in BOI, Import & Export, Form FTA, Form E, Form D and TH Customs
  5. Work experience in automotive manufacturing (Automotive) or a China company is preferable
  6. Good command of English, Chinese is a plus
  7. Knowledge of working on computers including Word, Excel, Power Point.
