Job Descriptions
Customer Assistance and Inquiry Handling Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about real estate projects, such as house or condo details, pricing, and purchase conditions Receive customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly Support Sales and Purchase Processes Assist customers in preparing documents related to property transactions, such as sales agreements or ownership transfer papers Facilitate the loan application process with banks on behalf of customers Post-Sale Customer Follow-Up Follow up on customer satisfaction after property handover Coordinate with maintenance or technical teams to address post-transfer issues raised by customers Customer Data Management Record and update customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system Prepare customer service summary reports for supervisors Marketing Activity Support Participate in project launch events or customer-related activities Inform customers about company promotions or special offers Maintain Service Standards Adhere to company policies to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  3. Proficient in both Thai and English communication
  4. Skilled in using Microsoft Office and CRM system
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork
