Job Descriptions
1. Market information collection; including soil information, crop information, competitive product information, large-scale information, etc.
2. Product regional adaptability research; conduct product (compound fertilizer, water-soluble fertilizer, blended fertilizer, urea) regional adaptability tests and package matching according to local soil, climate conditions, crop types and cultivation methods
3. Make product and technical courseware, and provide training and guidance to local business managers, dealers or farmers on the functional characteristics and usage technology of the company's products
4. Responsible for docking with experts from local scientific research institutes, tracking third-party fertilizer efficiency tests every month, forming fertilizer efficiency tracking test reports, and submitting them for approval every month
5. Responsible for collecting product and technology needs in the market. Through research and analysis, collect market demand for new products and new technologies, submit the demand to the Agricultural Technology Committee, and after review, issue various technical platforms for development.
Qualifications
- Male, under 35 years old.
- Good command English or Chinese language.
- Bachelor degree or above in Agricultural Major.
- Have a personal car and a driving's license, can drive for a long time.
- Adapt to long-term business trips and stay in farmland.
