Job Descriptions
GravitechThai is committed to providing comprehensive engineering services in electronic circuit design and assembly. The company has experienced rapid growth since 2013, led by a management team of engineers with PhDs from the United States. We focus on high-quality work, adhering to international standards such as IPC-A-610, ISO-9001:2015, and ISO-14001:2015. Company services: 1. Circuit Board Design - Electronics projects related to Microcontrollers and Embedded Systems (IoT, AI, Robotics, 5G, Smart Devices). 2. Manufacturing and Assembly Services - Printed Circuit Board (PCB) production. 3. Sourcing and Distribution - Electronic components like Microcontrollers and related accessories. For the past 10 years, our company has remained committed to becoming a leading manufacturer of embedded electronic devices, with the potential to compete internationally. Responsibilities: 1. Manage existing clients, acquire new customers, maintain sales, and plan sales strategies to increase revenue. Communicate and execute the company’s marketing plan, and provide both pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Analyze data to adjust sales strategies. 3. Provide guidance and manage the sales team using technology. 4. Monitor, evaluate, and track team performance. 5. Assist the team in resolving issues and making decisions in the sales process. 6. Motivate the sales team to meet targets. 7. Share and enhance knowledge within the sales team. 8. Plan and organize the sales team's activities. 9. Knowledge of electronics and PCB manufacturing is an advantage. Preferred Traits: - Someone who dares to express differing opinions and knows how to communicate them without being aggressive (being direct is not the same as being rude—don't get confused). - Willing to share new discoveries with the team or supervisors. - Quick thinker, fast doer, with strong logical reasoning. - Resilient, especially when told something is impossible, driven to prove otherwise.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Good English communication skills (speaking and writing), and proficiency in Chinese or Japanese is a plus.
  3. Open to all genders, aged 30-45.
  4. Strong communication skills, quick learner, with a positive attitude towards work and life.
  5. Agile, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  6. Good personality and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and coordinate well with others.
  7. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  8. Willing to work offsite at company events such as product sales booths occasionally.
  9. Capable of presenting and introducing the company's products effectively.
  10. Able to manage and guide a sales team, providing training and support.
  11. Possesses strong leadership qualities, good problem-solving abilities, is a good listener, with strong analytical skills. Able to make decisive decisions, be honest, and well-organized.
  12. Ability to drive a car with driver license.
