Job Descriptions
1. As manufacture project manager role, to communicate with TW PM& customer PM to align the requirements including product specification, quantity, schedule, etc for NPI Build arrangement.
2. To coordinate with function team members for issue solving and mitigate project risk to move on the path to mass production
3. During the NPI stage, to manage project status and host daily review meeting with factory and RD team
4. Follow up and Review NPI materials status with team, and ensure NPI builds with sufficient
material at factory on time during the NPI stage
5. During the mass production. to coordinate the processing of 2nd source ECR tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in management or engineering etc.
- Well-developed English communication skills, both spoken and written. And Chinese is a plus.
- Strong self-motivated, responsibility sense and excellent team work.
