Job Descriptions
1.Ensure that trial production models enter mass production smoothly and on time 2.Development and validation of new processes 3.Development of process design standards and checklists 4.Product design for automated processes formulation and review 5.Establishment and achievement of annual KPIs 6.Development of annual Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP)and tracking their completion 7.Timely organization and issuance of LL major abnormalities and customer complaint issues 8.Formulation and review of PMP.PFMEA,NUDD.etc.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical related field
  2. Good communication in English & Chinese language(N/A)
  3. Have at least 5 years of experience working in factory.
  4. Have at least 5 year of experience working as PE position.
  5. Have knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 systems.
  6. Team management experience
  7. Have knowledge of 3D Software
  8. Able to work well under pressure
  9. Have leadership and high responsibility.
