As a Key Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients in the modern trade and fast-fit automotive sectors. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales, enhancing partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met, and business goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the modern trade and fast-fit segments.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and address any concerns.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients to maintain strong business relationships.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities with existing accounts and developing strategies to increase revenue.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
3. Customer Service:
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, and supply chain) to ensure smooth service delivery
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to monitor account performance.
5. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns tailored for key accounts.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to represent the company and strengthen relationships with partners.
