- ดูแลทุกกระบวนการสรรหาตั้งแต่ ลงรับสมัคร คัดกรองพนักงาน นัดสัมภาษณ์ระหว่างผู้บริหารและผู้สมัครงาน
- จัดทำเอกสารสัญญาจ้าง คีย์ประวัติพนักงาน
- กำหนดอัตรากำลังที่เหมาะสม
- ปฐมนิเทศพนักงาน
- การประเมินทดลองงาน
- Time Attendance
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการต่าง ๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง งานอื่น ๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย - หญิง
- อายุ 24 ปี ขึ้นไป
- จบการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถบริหารจัดการและสามารถทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่นได้
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนองาน และการเจรจาต่อรอง
