Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for supporting supplier corrective action and continuous improvement activities 2. Mentor and support IQC activities and process effectiveness. 3. Be a part of supplier development team to support Sourcing team for new supplier selection, audit and supplier’s PPAP or supplier’s qualification package review. 4. To monitor, report and support of supplier quality metrics and performance. 5. Responsible for supporting supplier corrective action and continuous improvement activities. 6. Support sites on incoming inspection, problem part resolution through all phases of operations. 7. Facilitate reporting and notifying suppliers of cost-recovery requirements resulting from the need to contain, segregate or handle non-conforming parts. 9. Support overall site Quality Management System through metrics, auditing, etc. 10. Mentor and support IQC activities and process effectiveness. 11. Qualifications

Female or Male age around 22-30 years old.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics Engineering fields.
Minimum 0-3 years in Supplier Quality working experience or new graduate with Chinese speaking skill are welcome.
Experience in PCBA Assembly will be advantage
Good command of English and Chinese in written and spoken (HSK 4 and above)
Good leadership, communication skills and detail oriented
Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
Understand ISO9001 quality management system
Good understanding of 8D, GRR, ARR, Correlation and Agreement analysis tool would be an asset.
Able to work within international environment and cross-function team
