Job Descriptions
-Manage the implementation of recruitment activities in order to ensure that people with the right skills and capabilities are hired and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently &, cost-effectively. -Administer the organization’s compensation and benefits in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position. -Conduct employee orientation program so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization. -Direct the organization’s training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin or related discipline
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
  3. Independent, detail-minded with strong problem-solving skill
  4. Good presentation and interpersonal skills
