Job Descriptions
Job Purpose บริหารงานบุคคลในต่างประเทศโดยการนำกลยุทธ์ แนวปฏิบัติ หลักการ จากส่วนกลางไปปรับใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับวัฒนธรรมของต่างประเทศ โดยสามารถบริหาร Stakeholders ที่อยู่ในต่างประเทศได้เพื่อให้การบริหารงานบุคคลเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพKey Responsibities and Activities 1.Performance Management : จัดทำและติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานท้องถิ่นระหว่างปีเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามและ align ตามแผนงานของแต่ละประเทศ 2.Promotion and Special Adjustment : จัดหาเครื่องมือเพื่อใช้ในการประเมินพนักงานปรับตำแหน่งให้กับพนักงาน 3.Recruitment and mampower planning - สรรหาอัตรากำลังให้เป็นไปตามแผนอัตรากำลัง ทั้งอัตรากำลังตามงบประมาณ และอัตรากำลังโครงการลงทุนใหม่ (Local staff &Worker)- ควบคุมและบริหารการจ้างงาน ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท ทั้งกลุ่ม Staff,Worker,Outsouce 4.Compensation management - บริหารค่าจ้างเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัทฯ - ควบคุม และทำจ่ายค่าจ้างเงินเดือนของพนักงาน - สำรวจค่าจ้างและสวัสดิการในพื้นที่ และกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์การปรับเงินเดือนประจำปี (Local staff &Worker)  
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี , ปริญญาโทสาขาวิชา : Political science, Business Administration, Economic, managementประสบการณ์ : ด้าน HRBP มากกว่า 5 ปีทางด้าน : HRBP
  2. สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำต่างประเทศได้ Open Mind
  3. มีความสามารถในการปรับตัวเพื่อเข้ากับ สิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม วัฒนธรรมที่แตกต่าง ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีความสามารถในการบริหารทีมงาน
  5. Knowledge & Attribute - HRM, HRD, HRBP
