Job Descriptions

1.Import/Export Customs Declaration and Document Management - Responsible for preparing customs declaration documents for local and cross-border (ASEAN, Europe, America, etc.) import/export operations in Thailand, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin (CO/Form E), bills of lading, etc. Ensure all customs clearance documents are accurate and comply with Thai and international customs regulations. 2.Tariff and Tax Management - Accurately calculate import tariffs, VAT, and other taxes for Thailand and other countries, handle tax payment procedures, and track payment status to ensure company tax compliance. 3.Customs Communication and Coordination - Communicate with Thai and international customs in Thai and English, addressing inquiries and handling customs inspections, audits, and other matters. 4.Trade Compliance Management - Monitor Thai customs regulations, import/export control policies, and international trade agreements (e.g., RCEP, ASEAN Free Trade Agreement) to ensure company operations remain compliant. - Manage product import/export qualification documents (e.g., communication equipment certifications, wood quarantine certificates) and assist in completing customs filings and annual reviews. - Handle export tax rebate declarations and collaborate with the finance department to complete tax verification. 5.Cross-Department Collaboration and Cost Optimization - Analyze tariff and logistics cost data, propose supply chain cost reduction solutions (e.g., leveraging free trade zone policies, tariff preferences). - Support the production department in managing bonded materials and processing trade manual verification. 6.Data Statistics and Analysis - Identify issues and optimization opportunities in customs operations through data analysis, propose improvement measures, and enhance customs work efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

Age 27 and above
Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics Management, Customs Affairs, or related fields.
Fluent in English (Chinese language proficiency will be an advantage)
Familiar with Thai and international customs regulations, policies, and procedures. Knowledgeable in customs declaration processes.
Familiar with Thai customs declaration systems (e.g., Thai electronic customs platform) and international trade terms (Incoterms 2020).
Proficient in HS code classification, origin determination, and tariff calculation logic.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customs/import-export operations in the manufacturing industry. Experience with communication or furniture product customs requirements is preferred.
Possession of a Thai Customs Broker License or international logistics certification (e.g., CILT).
Knowledge of China’s export customs procedures or ASEAN cross-border tax rules.
Experience working in AEO-certified enterprises.
