Position Overview: As a Market Insight Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our organization. We are committed to staying at the forefront of market trends and consumer behavior, ensuring that our strategies are always informed by data-driven insights. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our success by providing valuable market intelligence and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities: 1.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry. 2.Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning to develop actionable insights. 3.Utilize various research methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis, to gather relevant information. 4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market insights with business objectives and strategies. 5.Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 6.Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that may impact the market landscape. 7.Support marketing, sales, and product development teams by providing market intelligence for strategic decision-making. 8.Participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences to share insights, learn from industry experts, and network with peers. 9.Continuously evaluate and improve research methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of market insights activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis, or market intelligence roles (Experience in Healthcare or Real Estate sector is a plus)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, data visualization software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of industry-specific trends, consumer behaviour, and regulatory requirements
Experience with survey design, data collection, and analysis methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks
