Job Descriptions

1. Monitor run rates of products and order inventory based on demand and forecast data. 2. Place orders for wines and products, ensuring timely replenishment of stock. 3. Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics teams. 4. Communicate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock availability aligns with sales and operational requirements. 6. Maintain accurate inventory records, including monitoring stock levels. 7. Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall inventory and logistics operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
GPA of 3.00 or higher.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to track and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Experience in inventory planning or supply chain management is preferred but not necessary.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with suppliers and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for managing inventory data.
Attention to detail and ability to solve problems independently.
Familiarity with order processing and logistics management is preferred but not necessary.
Willingness to learn about the company’s wine products and processes.
