Job Descriptions

1. Assist with project coordination tasks, including monitoring timelines, managing documentation, and ensuring project goals are met. 2. Coordinate and track international shipments and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery if needed. 4. Support international visitors, assist in training sessions, and help with consumer and on-trade events. 5. Act as a liaison between internal teams as well as a liason between international partners and the team to ensure smooth communication and resolve any logistical or operational issues. 6. Maintain records of documentation for projects and logistics. 7. Develop a strong knowledge of the wines and products distributed by the company. 8. Continuously seek to improve processes and operations. 9. Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 (or equivalent).
A background in logistics or supply chain management is preferred but not required.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Diligent and hard-working, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience or interest in project coordination.
Willingness to learn about wines, products, and various aspects of the business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
