Job Descriptions

•Achieve sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities. •Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. •Execute effective sales strategies to meet organizational sales goals and revenue targets. •Negotiate terms and close deals with potential customers and partners. •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services to customers. •Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues. •Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, focusing on retention and growth. •Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a relevant industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in market research and strategic sales planning.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
Fluency in Japanese will be added advantage
