Job Descriptions

- Receive new customer leads from the marketing team and convert them into tenants. - Engage with potential tenants online and, if necessary, arrange property viewings to close deals. - Manage assigned buildings or areas, and support buildings with high vacancy rates as needed. - Track and analyze customer interactions to identify pain points and improve conversion strategies. - Create Sale strategies to Increase or Maintain the booking. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Conversion Rate: Increase the rate of converting leads to booked rooms. - Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule viewings with potential tenants. - Occupancy Rate: Increase or maintain an average occupancy rate of 85% or higher. - Customer Interaction Tracking: Accurately track and record customer interactions and pain points. - Support Coverage: Provide support to high-vacancy buildings and balance occupancy across all properties.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, leasing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and address their pain points.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
