Job Descriptions

1. Develop and improve the production process to be effective and consistent. 2. Analyze and find the cause of the problem in the production process and propose solutions and apply them to reality. 3. Analyze and find the cause of the problem from customer complaints and propose solutions and apply them to reality. 4. Coordinate with relevant departments and push for effective implementation and reduce losses. 5. Consider parameters in the case of new products or new raw materials together with R&D and Technical Development. 6. Design experiments to find the appropriate settings for the machine in terms of fixing or developing and improving the production process. 7. Train employees and monitor the performance in the production process to maintain standard operations at all times and create stability in the process. 8. Design or improve tools and equipment in the production line and apply them to create efficiency in terms of quality and productivity of the product and ease of production.

Qualifications

Graduated Bachelor's degree or higher in Printing Technology, Chemical Engineer or related field.
Experience in Process Engineer, Production Engineer or Factory at least 1 years.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
Computer skill. (Microsoft 365, Statistic program, Microsoft Dynamic AX)
Good decision-making, critical thinking skills
