Job Descriptions
Purpose/Role Summary: As a leader of quality specialist team in Thailand office, manage the daily works and accountable for the performance results (inspection and testing) of team; communicate internal/external the plan and result of inspection and testing; reporting to Supplier Chain Manager in Thailand office. Key Accountabilities: １.　Plan and assign the daily tasks of source inspection and testing with team and suppliers. ２.　Local source inspection of product shipment from Thailand suppliers. ３.　Conduct the product testing and equipment maintenance. ４.　Support to build supplier testing capabilities. ５.　Work with ASCM team, provide on the ground support.
Qualifications
  1. College degree or equivalent degree.
  2. 8+ years relevant quality management experience.
  3. 1+ year management position experience.
  4. Prefer from plumbing industry is an added advantage.
  5. Good knowledge of QC workflow.
  6. Able to understand mechanical drawings.
  7. Prefer having the testing equipment operation experience.
  8. Reading and writing English in report composing
  9. Prefer Mandarin in oral communication.
  10. Familiar with operating with mechanical measuring tools
  11. Familiar with Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  12. SAP skills preferred.
