Job Descriptions

• Develop new products to meet criteria in terms of established cost and margins. • Corporate with production department to run pre-production test and set up standardize for product. • Interact with suppliers and ingredient consultants to keep abreast of new products and technologies. • Set up standard procedures and training materials for new product launches to support the simplification of operations. • Research consumer behavior to develop product. • Control working plan, and training subordinate in order to skill up for speed up. • Supervising and guiding new staff for administrative within the department with agreed policies and workflow. Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday)

Qualifications

Age 32-42 years
Female only
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering or other related science.
5 years working experience in Research and Development, Microbiologist, Laboratory from consumer goods manufacturing industry.
2 years management experience as supervisor level with leadership skills.
Strong analytical and Problem-solving skill.
Ability to make clear communication and work as a team.
Conversational middle - high level of English
Experience in similar product or consumer product (FMCG)
Experience in similar product or consumer product (daily used)
Familiar with Japanese company/working style is preferable.
